I mean, keeping in mind, I think it's a good thing for all of us to keep in mind that everybody has an internal C squid.

Even the the bravest, the most confident person has a C squid.

People see me present and work and they say, Oh, you must be a really confident person.

Um, I was doing a presentation for HBA, so Healthcare Business Women's Association.

a volunteer, I work with uh member um in engagement.

And I alwa I had to do a short introduction, introduce myself.

And that part my heart is beating in my chest and I'm feeling anxious.

I think and it's interesting 'cause I had a client I had a conversation about this.

It's so simple.

I am me.

I know myself better than anyone.

I know what I do.

So therefore, and because I talk about confidence and help people speak and with confidence, in my mind, if I get that wrong, if I fluff that bit up, the bit that I know

Then who am I?

What are people gonna think about me if I can't even get who I am right?

So there's increased pressure.

Oh my

ability or what I think about my ability, how I think I'm being observed by other people.

And my clients have also admitted the same thing.
