And the interesting thing when you mention designer suits is what I've learned is it is a mask.

Yeah, I think what I've learned, and maybe you only learned this over decades, is that it's more about who you are on the inside than what it looks like on the outside.
Because I think if you spot maybe a leader, we've talked about leadership pheasants, and that isn't about the quality of the cloth.
It's about the quality of the knowing yourself so that if you spill something on your suit and you have to put a T-shirt on, you're still the same person and it doesn't derail you.
Yeah, there's an element of both, certainly, isn't there?
I think personality, who we are underneath, but it's a very difficult conversation and deeper than how you have the qualifications to go, what is inherited, what you're born with and what comes from childhood experiences.

There is a lot of bias.
We're certainly aware of that.
I think becoming more aware of that.

If you had to define leadership presence, how would you define that?
