I'm still catching up and at the moment you've had a load of Bellens at Birth stories and I knew I had to send in mine.

My ex-husband is very close to his family.

We live around the corner and without fail we used to go to his mum's every Sunday for a roast.

Well, silly old me went into labour late on Saturday night.

I was managing pretty well through the night, managed to get some sleep.

But come Sunday, I was starting to struggle with the pain.

So I kicked the husband awake and he took me to the hospital.

They checked me over.
