Like I've done many journeys now.

Wow.

But really the way the shamans would use her is it'd be once in a lifetime experience where they'd pull somebody back from the brink of their psychotic episode to really help them dive into their soul and their demons and go into the depths.

Wow.

But, you know, I haven't done it for maybe four or five years now because it's, they're big journeys.

And you can go to some dark places and some incredible places, but it's very clearing.

And of the ancestry or the intergenerational line, I do believe it brought my sister from a deep brink of sickness when we went into the Amazon to, you know, with the Shipibos, we lived there at the Temple Way of Light.

Wow.

But she wasn't, she wasn't well and they really helped her.

And I've got a lot of reverence for ayahuasca.

It rewires me.

Look, I always find that one sitting can be like 15 years of therapy.

Like it's that deep.

And of course, you know, you've really got to do your research as to who you sit with because there's a lot of charlatans out there.

Yeah, right.

But there's some incredible folk and music always guides you.

It's ceremonial.

It's full of prayer, full of good intention.

And when it's held well, it's exquisite.

And I do feel like it comes with a disclaimer.
