I really thought that, like, we were just the worst country, which is really... It's so sad.
That's such a common thing.

And unfortunately, the education system, the culture, the movies, the shows, the social media, everything is pushing the same ideology.
So it's so pervasive.
And unless you just really have someone who's intentionally saying, like, hey, like, hold on, like, let's look at this...

And I think for me, if someone had said that to me when I was kind of first getting into it, my early 20s, and I guess I had conversations with my dad, and he just sort of said, the world's not that bad, but he didn't show me evidence, right?
And no fault of his own, but I think that was a moment where like, if he had said, hey, look at how tens of millions of people died, you know, under this like despotic leader, whatever, I think that would have helped, I think, ground me and not had me get swept up into it as much.
