redesigned with the rain like the pride rainbow and that said patty gonia now those weren't for sale but they were given out to fans of patty gonia when they donated to one of her fundraisers okay so it was a gift yeah that's another thing that patta gonia brings up in its lawsuit but to be clear that they weren't they weren't for sale she wasn't profiting by those yeah
She also criticized the timing.
She said Patagonia had, quote, chosen this exact moment in the height of anti-LGBTQ attacks.
So obviously under the Trump administration, it has become a very difficult environment for the LGBT community in the U.S.,
And she also said, quote, if Patagonia wants to celebrate Pride Month by taking a queer climate activist to federal court, then I am here to fight for myself.
Obviously, the lawsuit was filed in January, but she's sort of saying, like, we've tried to settle for several months and now it's here we are in June and here we are in June.
But she says she will drop the trademark application if, in exchange, Patagonia agrees to drop the lawsuit.
Wow.
Yeah, Patagonia responded by saying it could drop the lawsuit if she, one, withdrew her trademark application, which she said she would do.
