But then um like that was around the 30th week.

I was at the check up and they told me that um

Oh, okay, I need some vocabulary maybe.

That um like um the the lower part of the uterus, like where the baby then comes out, usually gets um thinner and thinner and then it opens and then the baby can pass.

And um they told me that I already is getting a bit uh thinner, and I should be like this can happen, is and then you you should rest.

So then I had to rest.

And I really had to rest like

Like the entire last part of the pregnancy until the term, like when it would not be like births would not be premature anymore.

Like at that point, I was also making, I was also um wondering if I maybe did too much sports, but actually doctors and midwife told me that I should not uh think like that because in the end this can happen to anyone and it's not necessarily related to sport.

I had a pretty stressful train journey before and

And yeah, I also need to run for next train and because I was coming back from Germany.

And maybe also these kind of things can provocate that.

But in the end, then of course it was super hard to go from, I mean.

I was still in the phase of I still want to finish many things like also at work before being in maternity leave and and I also want to still spend some time outdoors and I don't know a bit fear of missing out, which is now a bit weird because

So um yeah, having coffee with friends and um yeah, but in the end

This time was actually also flying a lot and it was, I think, looking back also good to

I don't know, have this period of really

Yeah, being being

Yeah, focus on things I normally don't do, really s thinking about what's coming next and and getting out of this carousel of wanting to finish things before birth.

A lot.
