So gymnastics.

And they'd come up and they'd do stuff.

And same thing.

They'd be showing me things.

You know, so I got like national powerlifting champion, like best in the world gymnastics guys.

And, but I, I took, you know, what the gym gave me and I, this is kind of like at that point in time, I didn't realize, you know, what, one, what is happening there because I'm, I'm training hard.

I'm getting stronger on a basketball court now.

Like, you know, Oh, I can touch rim now all of a sudden, you know, like, Oh, like I'm, I put on like five pounds, like bully people a little bit more.

Now I'm a better player.

So I look better.

I'm a better player.

And like, I think I, you know, it's like this emotional anchor to the gym.

It's like my mom, my mom was there.

I was getting mentored.

I was working hard.

So there's all this kind of the cauldron of, you know, behavior change happening.

And I think I took that from there.

Even if you ask me at like 15, 16, 17, 18 years old, you know, what do you want to do?
