Um, honestly, like if you're, if you're, I'm a pretty big equipment, uh, geek, you know what I mean?

And even at my gym now I have some old pieces of equipment that a lot of the older stuff was better than the new stuff.

And like, you know that, right.

It's, it's, it's hard to get that techno gym stuff was awesome.

And, um,

And part of it, you know, so it's like I'm a scrawny kid, you know, at like 13 years old, 14 years old.

I'm training basketball a lot.

I'm certainly not like, oh, you got to watch out for that guy.

You know, he's going to make it.

So I was not that.

And I would come to the gym and I was like, one, I would want to, you know, get stronger and all that stuff.

But I want to spend time with my mom too because she was working a lot.

And I was very fortunate.

So in that gym, out of proximity purposes, one of the top powerlifters in the country came there and trained because it was just closed for him, had all this stuff.

So he showed me how to squat, bench, deadlift, but like great form, like powerlifting techniques, how to get stronger.

And I started training.

I started doing this stuff, working hard there.

And then the other thing is at the bottom of that building,

Was the Lord Gymnastics Studio.

And in that gymnastics studio were two guys.
