And I've been really fortunate because me and Joel live close.

Like, but, but even lately, you know, a ton of the research that shows that
when it comes to cardio like you know your anaerobic capacity is very genetic right this was great about aerobic capacity because you can continue improving it for forever almost right but there's also like a ton of you know and he's an example there's a ton of people that we know you could do everything right and still have like for example um you know
blockage in your widow maker i mean literally like you're the healthiest person eat right do all the cardio you're gonna have to take status yep and and and you could go like what the hell you know this guy's smoking this guy's doing this that and the other and like his heart like is great and you know but comparison is the thief of joy number one
Number two is, we talked about, I said I just read this book from Arthur Brooks that I really liked.
And it's like, you know, the three macronutrients of happiness, right?
And enjoyment, satisfaction, and meaning.
And I want to kind of stop on the satisfaction one, right?
Because satisfaction is setting meaningful goals,
And in struggling and having pain to get there, that creates satisfaction.
