So I think what's really important there is that it doesn't matter where you are.
If you're improving, Tony Robbins says it all the time, progress equals happiness, right?
And I think there's truth to that.
But now if I go, hey, like I'm progressing, but I take my eye off of the fact that I'm getting better and I look at, you know, Joe Schmo and Joe Schmo is a six pack and he eats whatever he wants, you know, all these things, right?
It's taken away from my focus on my satisfaction because I've, you know, improved all these different things.
And no, absolutely.
Look, there's this actually an older book from Dave Epstein, I think, which was the sports gene where he talked about that.
What's happening in every sport is, you know, as you're born, you kind of see your tendencies, right?

Why?
Well, because you're a better tennis player, right?
Like your serve is faster, you can reach longer, all these different things.
Like a running back has a certain build, right?
Here and there, sure, you get like different body types.
But you're like, oh, like lower to the ground, right?
Like they're built because this is what allows them to be, you know, cut better and do this and that and the other, right?
And you look at all these sports, right?
you gravitate towards it just like hypermobile individuals love yoga.
It's like, oh, I'm good at yoga, right?
Like stiff people are not like, oh, great, let me go to yoga.
