Best example of this is like when we do a lot of time in our classes, part of the warmup might be like,

or knee tap game, right?

So now they're moving around and I'm just trying to tap your shoulder or knee.

So you have to react to it, right?

When you do that and I step back and I look at the class,

everybody's having a good time.

Everybody.

Even if you're losing, right, per se, people are smiling.

You know, when we do crawl drills, like same thing, you're in a crawl position, you're trying to tap somebody's shoulder, right?

Because it's almost like they're kids again.

They're playing.

It's a nervous system thing.

You need to make playing great again.
