that lived, that existed in my life, that my sort of world, that my days revolved within.

I had to really replace them.

And that's when I started, I spent a lot of, I started spending a lot of time just at home.

And I replaced them with books because I knew, I knew I loved books.

I knew I loved reading.

And so I had to be busy because when I wasn't busy, that's when the addiction would slip back in.

So I had to try and keep myself occupied with positive things.

And that for me was books and reading.

What were you reading?

Fantasy.

And I really fell into a lot of the self-development, spiritual, you know, that kind of space, internal workspace, because that's what I needed.

I really needed that information.

I really needed those tools.

And those books were life changing for me.

And they gave me understanding of myself that I never had.

They really gave me the understanding and the capacity to use the tools that I was being given.

And that was the place where I was like, okay, this is the tool.

This is how I apply it.

Those books gave me, those books bridged that gap for me.

But I was also reading lots of fantasy because one, like fantasy is my deepest passion and joy.
