And and it will cause them vomiting and nausea at a high level.

So when C D A fifteen goes up very high, then you get the vomiting reflex and you and basically you you you throw up the stuff that's a bit nasty.

So it evolved in ancient times, if you like, less evident now.

But then of course the trouble is three percent of women have have this huge amount being made.

And that's just a random event almost.

It's very genetic, you know.

They're passing it on to their fetus and the fetus now begins to make huge amounts and three percent of wimmer.

That's right.

Passes on precisely for the genetic, you know, the severe end of it.

And it's a variant.

Uh these women are making a a s a form of it that's more active.

You know, and most women don't make the more active form, they make the less active form, and they just get mild, mildish symptoms, you might say.

But in the severe end the fetus makes far too much and the woman is really sick, you know, and that that's what's causing it.

It it is, 'cause you're making too much.

You know, and basically in these three percent of women dial it down is the idea to normal levels, and then they won't be quite so sick as the idea.

And a big trial is running on as we speak, Pat the uh Steve spoke about a trial clinical trial, but giving women with hyperemesis a way to t dial down GDA fifteen and limit some of these symptoms and those results are really weird.

He's very excited, but he said there's a hint it's working.

Now, this would be a big thing for these three percent of women who have severe morning sickness.

They'll take this drug, it'll limit it slightly.

There'll still be some GDF fifteen there though, you know, if it was normal function.
