And there is a difficulty of having to work through that.

And I have this chance encounter with House Speaker John Boehner, who I covered on Capitol Hill rather aggressively.
And Boehner says to me, matter of fact, what are you doing here?
And I go, what do you mean, sir?
You invited me into your office.
And he goes, no, what are you doing here?
He goes, Capitol Hill is a flat circle.
Time is a flat circle here.
You can be here 15, 20, 30, 40 years and never quite know who you are.
You don't know who you are outside of this Washington bubble, this Washington scene.
Go out and do something else.
And all these feelings that I had in my head about turning 30 to light at the end of the tunnel, my friends getting married and mortgages, and me not really being sure what I wanted to do, it was get out.
Go try something else.
Just go travel.
Just go clear your head.
