Yeah, it is.
Especially when it comes to moms.
They have so much purchasing power.
So, you know, it was still very organic, very bootstrapped, but it was definitely growing.
And our social media exposure had also grown quite a bit because I was really focused on the education.
So moms were starting to follow us.
They were starting to share with their new mom friends.
And the interesting thing is I started to notice that when I was out and about or even now, 10 years later, I might be at a conference where a mom will come up and say, you saved me during my breastfeeding experience.
troubles, my anything that I was going through, I would go to your page and find some sort of tip or trick that would help me.
And I never used your products.
But I had a girlfriend who was going through clogged ducts or mastitis, and I immediately recommended your products.
And that is so hard to replicate.
Like just the trust that they had in us.
I don't take that for granted.
And I truly appreciate every interaction I have with these moms because just so rewarding.
It's, you know, I tell my team, we're not selling a bag of chips here.
Like there's a very much a
tangible connection, emotional connection that we're making with these moms, sometimes they reach out to us at the lowest point in their postpartum period.
They are ready to quit that moment, that day.
And our customer service team has to rally around them and be their cheerleader sometimes because they may not have that support at home.
