So there's a lactation training that they take, to your point, just understanding the foundations of breastfeeding.
Not every customer service person that we hire is a mom, so they may not understand.
And I always think about breastfeeding as almost like a foreign language where there's so many complexities to it.
And if you haven't lived it, you don't really understand, can't put yourself in the shoes of what a mom might be experiencing.
So they go through this training so that they are able to effectively troubleshoot with moms who reach out.
And initially what happens is if mom reaches out, for example, and just says, hey, I'm having trouble with my milk supply.
I'm concerned I'm not giving enough to my baby.
Right off the bat, our customer service team has a list of questions that they're asking to help troubleshoot with this mom.
Product isn't even mentioned.
It's really just about kind of understanding what's going on behind the scenes with this mom.
How can we help?
Just give free advice.
free support to them.
And then, you know, way down the line after we've kind of gone through this dialogue, that is when we might recommend a product.
But we understand that it's just a compliment to what mom is already doing at home, whether it's nursing more, pumping more, you know, working with the lactation consultant.
We're going to find, you know, what that, it could be multi-pronged, but we're going to help to provide solutions beyond just our products to them.
That is the huge part for us because we are not trying to launch a million different products a year.
We are very pointed in what we launch and our entire product development team consists of women.
So we will have very candid roundtable discussions about just our own personal experiences with hormonal challenges and ovarian cysts and vaginal health and perimenopause.
