And I love those conversations because very rarely do you ever kind of hear that from people because it's so taboo, right?

Absolutely, yes.

And I do think that we obsessively follow what our customers are saying too.

And I think in the early days, that was a huge part of our success is I was in those Facebook groups listening to what moms really wanted and trying to address those needs.

So just, I mean, I think that's a tip for anyone who is creating a brand or a small company right now is be obsessively following what your customers are saying because I'm sure there's little pearls and tidbits that you can take from that and maybe have your next product idea come from that.

But yeah, we would have these roundtable discussions.

I was definitely very much at the heart of it as well because I think for any product that we launch, I like to think about it as in the heart of what was going on in my life where I was having any sort of issues.

For example, I have PCOS.

would this product help me in the depths of my issues with hormonal imbalance?

And if it wasn't something that would be helpful, we're not going to launch it because I want to be able to feel very proud of what we've launched.

I don't remember, I'm aging myself, but the Hair Club for Men founder, I don't know if you've ever seen those commercials,

It was for, I think it was for toupees or the hairspray to cover bald spots.

But he said, I'm not only the founder, but I'm also a customer or something like that.

I mean, it's so true.

Like there isn't anything that we have launched that I wouldn't take for myself or wouldn't give to all of my friends and family and very much do so.

So that was super important to me to have a women-only product development team so that we could have these really candid conversations.

And then to your point, the research part.
