So it takes us about a year and a half to actually develop and launch a product.

So we are typically, especially with our women's health products, we're looking for ingredients that have clinical studies behind them.

Typically, we're often using branded ingredients because they'll have

a plethora of research behind them that we can then use for some of the claims that we might put on the bottles.

We're also sharing all those clinical studies on our product pages and our PDP images.

The thing that's interesting about supplements is it's kind of like the wild, wild west in the U.S.,

And I was literally just going to ask you.

Yeah, it's there's really not.

I mean, I know the FDA says that they somewhat regulate supplements.

They don't to the level that I would like them to, to be honest.

And it's a little bit scary when I see some of the supplements that have come out and just the lack of third party testing and certification and.

I mean, a huge chunk of the money that we spend in the time is on that part.

The third-party testing, the lab testing, all of the certification.

So halal certified, kosher certified, non-GMO, project verified, certified organic.

I mean, sometimes I'll look at a bottle of something sold on Amazon and they'll just have the generic organic label on that.

They didn't do any testing to make sure that every part of that was actually organic.

all the way down to the capsule.

The capsule also has to be certified organic to be able to have the green label.

And so I think a lot of supplement companies will cut corners because they don't think consumers understand or maybe care about those things.
