And so we had kind of a basic Shopify site that worked for a few years until, you know, it gets more complicated and more bugs happen.

But it definitely worked for our purposes at that time.

And I think 10 years ago, if you think about D2C,

I mean, there was a lot more power in DTC at that point.

You could have full control of your customer data and all of that on there.

It was very cheap to acquire a customer on Shopify.

I would say that over time, that is not one of our main sales channels anymore.

I have mixed feelings about Amazon.

I understand that a lot of us shop on there.

I shop on there as well.

And I understand when mom is in panic mode and she needs something right now, it absolutely makes sense.

She's not going to wait a week if she has an active clogged duct or mastitis, and I wouldn't expect her to.

So I appreciated the expediency of being able to deliver our products to moms when they needed it most.

you know, right then.

What we initially started with was just kind of dipping our toe with Amazon and not putting all of our SKUs on there.

We just wanted to understand what was happening.

And to be honest, I was the one who listed our products and I'm not an Amazon expert by any means.
