And I'm still so passionate about what I do.
I mean, every day too, we get constant messages from mom saying, you know, you helped me through such a tough time in my breastfeeding journey.
I couldn't have done it without you.
So it's your mission.
Oh, absolutely.
And I think the people that we hire are very mission-driven too.
We're primarily women, I mean, which makes sense.
Our team really cares about these moms and babies that we're helping.
And so we're also passionate about it, which is fun to kind of just hear people's thoughts.
You're like,
oh, wow, I didn't know you cared so much.
But also it just resonates with me because I wanna work with other people who care to this deep of a level.
And I think it just elevates us.
And we started out with a very small skeleton crew.
I mean, I think with every founder, you feel like you can do it best.
And ultimately, you find that you're actually the one stagnating growth because you think that you're the Jill of all trades and that you are the expert.
And actually, there are people who are much smarter than you and much more capable in certain areas.
And you should probably focus in on your strengths.
