We operated under a skeleton crew for quite a while.
And then we started hiring in marketing, accounting and finance regulatory.
So we have an in-house regulatory person
who's essentially just looking to make sure that any claims that we make are substantiated, that we have research behind them and all that.
I think that's really important.
And I think a lot of brands get in trouble because, again, back to the wild, wild west where there's certain things you just can't say.
Again, they're not proven.
There's no research behind them.
And that's where you kind of get the slap on the wrist from the FDA.
So it's super important that you, you know, if you're thinking about working in supplements, that you have a regulatory team behind you, even if you're going to hire someone to do that for you.
You outsource that.
It's super important to have that.
But primarily our management team are women.
Our head of product development is a woman, CFO, head of marketing, head of sales.
And you have a board now too, right?
We do have a board.
And I think it was really important for me to see women in manager and director roles because I don't know about you, but I never had a female manager before starting the company.
Very few.
I just never saw that happen.
And so I wanted especially young women who were starting with us, maybe this is their first job out of college, to be able to see role models and their bosses and think that I want to be like this person in 10 years.
