We're able to have constructive discussions and discourse, even if we don't agree on things.
Because again, we're all very passionate about what we're doing.
But ultimately, we are here to help moms and babies.
And I think we've done a fantastic job of that.
So we do have some remote people because I do think when you start to specialize, so for example, for Amazon, we found a team in California where that was kind of their bread and butter.
It wasn't something that we could necessarily find in Austin.
So wherever we need to, basically, it makes the most sense.
We're going to outsource, but we do try to keep everyone in the Austin office if we can.

We, this was probably, if I went back to why it failed first, it would be because we weren't listening to our customers in the way that we should have, again, obsessively listening to the customer and what they wanted.
There were these breast milk bags.
So if you are a pumping mom, you collect your milk into these milk bags that you then store inside.
in the fridge or freezer, and then you can feed it to your baby at a different time.
And we had gotten some feedback from moms saying that their milk smelled off or tasted off after they thawed the milk.
And in me doing more research, because I had to put the why hat back on and understand and do the deep dive, we realized that it can be due to light exposure.
And so we created a bag that actually was completely opaque and had an oxidation layer inserted inside of it so that it basically prevented oxidation of the milk.
Really cool product.
