And it's really unhealthy behind closed doors and really toxic behind closed doors, okay?

You see all of this crap online all of the time and then you think that you're behind or you think that you're missing something or

The reality of the situation is you have no idea what's going on in someone else's actual life.

Unless you are their closest friend and you know absolutely everything about this person face to face, you really don't know what someone's life is.

And a lot of people I know make assumptions about me and they look at my Instagram and they think my life and my personality and everything I put out online is perfect and I'm always confident and I'm always calm and everything is just amazing all of the time.

And although I will say I've worked really hard for a lot of the things that I post and I do have an amazing life and I am very grateful, there are a lot of moments and periods of time in my life, long, long stretches of time in my life where I was not okay.

My point is, it's just pointless to get wrapped up in the outside world, especially if you're trying to really build your own brand and build your own life and get to where you want to.
