Sometimes you need to get out of those comfortable environments into a little bit more challenging environment, but obviously in a safe way because we need to make ourselves feel safe.
And how to work with professionals like us, surround yourself with people that are encouraging your growth and giving you opportunities to make those steps.
Because otherwise we stay stuck and time goes like that.
And then 10 years you wake up and you realize this wasn't what I wanted.
Yeah.
And that's when they walk through our doors when they're in their 50s.
They don't realise.
They're doing it with the best intentions.
Yeah, absolutely.
And that working on yourself, it is hard work and it does take time, especially if you do it alone.
When you get outside help, it's definitely faster.
But I think it's the best work there is because this is our one life.
This is our chance.
And how wonderful it is to do the things that you want to do, to say the things that you want to say, to be the person you want to be, to have the job that you want to have without giving yourself excuses or rational reasons why you can't do it.
So I started doing that when I... I got certified in that when I was doing lots of work supporting people with erythrophobia.
I mentioned before I suffered with that.
And...
My clients who were more extreme in that, they had all gone through some kind of trauma.
And I only realized much later that it was my own trauma, which I was aware of.
You know, I was aware I had had a difficult childhood, but I hadn't realized what an imprint it had had on my body until one of my coaches, as you said, we coaches, we have to have coaching.
