So one of my coaches was able to help me through that trauma.
And it literally changed my life.
So I wanted to get certified as well.
And trauma expresses itself in many different ways.
It may be blushing, but it may be all sorts of different ways.
Fear is the biggest way.
You know, you notice something, your body noticed something before your brain does, and you stop going there.
Yeah.
And you may not realize what you're doing.
You may not even understand what that trauma is.
And that's why I talked about not necessarily facing the head on isn't always the right way.
That's very important to work with professionals because it might actually reignite that trauma, which is what we don't want.
We don't want post-traumatic stress.
And trauma is such a complex thing and it's such a nuanced thing because trauma is the way the body felt and the way the body feels.
And it's got nothing to do with the intensity of the trauma, if you like.
What I experienced as traumatic might have been children laughing at me when I went red.
A colleague, a peer at school who may have gone red and children may have laughed may not have felt that as traumatic.
But my body felt it as traumatic.
And therefore it was traumatic to me.
One person, not with the erythrophobia I was working with, but this was more a leadership development person,
