You know, I had a kind of post-traumatic stress disorder symptom like of ambulances.

Yeah.

Because of that drive down to Vincent's behind the ambulance, every single time I hear an ambulance, it's now, I don't get it anymore.

Do you not?

But it took a lot of work where I would go straight back to that moment.

Right.

I'd have the heart, the rapid heartbeat.

I want to vomit.

I'd be unable to drive, feel I have to pull over to the side of the road.

I would be right back in the room.

I couldn't access my cognitive brain, which was exactly what PTSD is.

It just shuts that off and brings you to a reaction from a very old place.

This means danger.

Someone's going to die.

This is not good.

Panic.

Yeah, yeah.

And that would be, and because I lived right beside the N11 and the Vincent's is on the N11, this would be almost two or three times a week, every week for years.

So you had to go obviously and get help.

I had to get help for that.
