Routine is very important.

I could make a little routine and get through it and then go, breathe.

I got them into school.

Breathe.

I had some lunch, you know.

And people say, you know, the analogy of the oxygen mask on the plane, you put that on you first because you can't look after your children if you're not there to look after them.

But I that was counterintuitive to me.

I was like, I need to look after my children.

I don't matter.

I can park me and look after me eventually, but I need to make sure they're OK.

So getting them, making sure they had proper routine, family members around.

I felt I was quite flaky at the time.

I was very hard to be fully there.

So I made sure other people were also there, loved ones and made sure their routine.

And like I said, my older boy had had started to need a lot of appointments.

So that was the priority.

I just had to get him the help.
