Well, maybe that brings us to to chapter six a little bit because what we've just touched on is this there's a uh there's a deep metaphysical problem uh involving causation and it brings us to some existential and ethical problems about evil.
We also have an epistemic problem, which is that Brahmin is as you said, is is absolute is consciousness, but in some sense we have this idea of um of ignorance, right, that creeps in.
And that you you and I have to, it seems, engage in some effort to come to to know that we are Brahmin in this way.
And so um part of what's involved here is
knowledge, but also uh our desires, uh, addressing sort of our the way that we live in this world.
There's a there's a whole sort of solution here in both Shankara and Aurobindo that involves yoga, involves meditation, involves ethics.
Uh and I know it's a big, big topic, but maybe you can dip in a little bit and talk about how how both of these thinkers address the epistemic
systemic problem of how we can come to know that we are Brahmin and in what sense.
