And so for for Arubindo this is this is more pronounced, you would say, and maybe also goes in a different direction because of his uh his being influenced by sort of tantric, maybe bhakti uh sort of trends, whereas Shankara is not he's not drawing on Abhino Gupta and sort of things like that in a way that Arabindo is.
Let's shift a little bit to talk about the the translations in the book, because what you've done in this book is as you said, is it's kind of an introduction to Vedanta in some ways.
You're trying to make these texts in Sanskrit.
At least Advaita, sorry, yes, Advaita Vedanta.
Vedanta should always be characterized specifically.
Advaita is not all of of uh Vedanta.
Um but so you're translating this say these Sanskrit texts into English.
English for probably certain audiences.
You have uh past translations in mind.
You include past translations in some of your chapters.
So I wonder if you could just speak a little bit to how translation practices and maybe reading practices are involved in how you do philosophy, um, you know, how you think about what uh philosophical treatment of these things.
Thinkers should be, should we, you know, always be engaging in retranslating these texts for new audiences?

Yeah, I I was I was just also curious about, you know, the idea of translating is doing philosophy.
