The Constitution was written for innocent people.

It wasn't necessarily created for guilty people.

So we can wave all those red flags around saying that, oh, Fifth Amendment, First Amendment, Second Amendment, all the amendments, right to counsel.

But at the end of the day, it's only going to help you is if you're on the innocent side of it.

So it's huge.

And the problem is that people will hire us, whether it's in the federal case or on the state case.

They don't always take our advice.

So, you know, you're paying a ton of money.

I mean, I've got it all.

I'm not complaining about anything in life.

I've got everything that you can imagine.

But people don't take the advice that they're paying me a shit ton of money to do.

follow i had a case um choma right he was accused of having a relationship with his girlfriend's younger sister who happened to be under the age of 10 okay yeah bad case yeah and um somehow i was able to negotiate something where this person would end up doing less than 18 months in jail

And I said, you know, that's a pretty good deal.

You should probably take it based on the allegations here because you can only get a lot worse.

And this guy says, young guy, he was in mid-20s, and he was not documented.

So either way, he was going to get sent back to his home country.

He was going to be deported.

But getting deported after doing 10 to 18 months is much better than getting deported after doing 30 years in the U.S.

prison as a chomo.
