It wasn't just for weight loss.

So now I'm eating sweet potato again.
I don't respond very well to carbs.
I don't feel amazing afterwards.
Like potatoes are kind of like my sweet spot.

Like I've had to kind of experiment and figure out the best thing for me.
But I liked it.
And I used creatine during that time to kind of like help with the muscle.
