It wasn't just for weight loss.

I also did it for my skin and I felt like it was incredibly beneficial for my skin.

But I also found when I did stool tests that I was missing some crucial bacteria.

So now I'm eating sweet potato again.

I don't respond very well to carbs.

I don't feel amazing afterwards.

Like potatoes are kind of like my sweet spot.

I don't feel great with rice.
