But workforce.

This is critical.

We're making major investments into biotech research, RD, manufacturing.

When I say we, I mean industry as well as the US government and create working towards national resilience and preparedness, of course.

But those investments only translate into growth if we also build the people pipeline.

students, teachers, technicians, operators, uh data professionals, regulatory effort experts.

I feel like we've had a regulatory gap for a decade and I we still don't have enough people in that space.

And of course experience the experienced leadership.

Particularly manufacturing, as we've seen all this this space.

So for Georgia, it's especially timely.

We've talked about our universities.

Our technical college system is outstanding.

They're a wonderful partner to us and our employers and our healthcare systems.

But what we need is more intentional alignment around the skills companies actually need and clear pathways for people to enter and advance the field.
