And um we really need to find a uh a uh
uh we a way to better invest in workforce and talent.
You can build all the billions buildings you want, but if you don't have the right talent to actually turn them on and run them, it it's it's all for naught.
Um so and we have a pipeline we have some time now.
So we have these dem reshoring these facilities going up in yes in Georgia, but in in Texas, Alabama's had a win, North Carolina of course, and of and in other areas.
But
And it'll take years to get these online, as you and I know.
Uh I have to remind people that don't work in our industry.
They're building a site but actually getting them approved and the FDA turning them on for actual work.
We we can be years and years away from that.
Two different things.
So we have some time to get this right.
And I um we are in Georgia here, are working we're gonna be working with our technicollege system to help
help them understand across their, you know, what 12 uh pillars and priorities.
Life science is actually hits like 11 out of the 12.
So we can't just send somebody down this one particular technical pathway.
We need them to have some sort of interdisciplinary connectivity across all areas in the technical space to to to meet the talent needs that UCB is going to need, that Meisner is going to need, that um J as well.
So um it's it's a common
Complicated issue, but um there are opportunities, and Congressman McCormick's legislation really recognizes that.
And I hope is that.
