Anyway, it's fascinating like how frequently legislation and laws are passed that continue to diminish the rights of a child.
And I don't think people are paying attention to that.

And like, I think it is really hard to, for some people to imagine what the unraveling would be because the systems have been in place for so long.

It's like we have to dismantle in many ways to rebuild it in a completely different way.
Right.
And like that dismantling doesn't mean like snap your fingers.
There's no police tomorrow.
But it's like, what if we slowly got rid of the need for X or Y?
Like, I don't know.
I worked in nonprofits for a long time.
And like the ideal version of a nonprofit is that you work your way out of a job because you've solved the problem.
And so to me, which most nonprofits don't function that way, by the way, they are mostly just looking to fundraise.
