Thanks.
Yeah, yeah.
Rick's been a friend forever.
He's a great person.
Yeah, the best.
Yeah, that's a big question.
You know, I was 17 when I had to decide what to do at uni and I was going to do forestry and go to Canberra.
And then I realised that when the time came, I didn't want to go to Canberra.
All my friends were in Wollongong.
My second pick was psychology and I kind of remember why.
And I just decided at the last minute to do that, mostly because I just wanted to stay around Wollongong and the lovely place we've got here.
And so I did that and it wasn't until I sort of left, went overseas, did some stuff, worked and came back to Australia after a period of travel.
Got a job in the field, the practical application of kind of the work and just went, oh, I love this.
And then went back and did some postgraduate work and stuff like that.
Realized I loved the field.
Actual being a psychologist, working with people, being with people, that kind of thing.
So that's when I sort of got a passion for it.
And that was back in the 90s.
So that was like a long time ago now.
And then from there, I've sort of just, yeah, I just keep rediscovering what this field is, what the role is, how I can be helpful in it.
