That's great.
And just to acknowledge too that, you know, psychology sessions are outside the reach of some people, that they're expensive.
Yeah.
not accessible for everybody.
And so it's sometimes all well and good for me to say, you know, go and do that.
But people might have the finances at the time or in regional areas, rural areas, the access.
And so that's really difficult.
It's huge, yeah.
After COVID, everybody got really comfortable with telehealth.
And so now probably about 30% of my work is on telehealth.
So it allows people from all around Australia and actually the world to access me.
Yeah, and it works well.
People, if they can decide and choose, they'll always come in because they enjoy that.
But just for convenience or travel or health reasons, yeah, telehealth works well.
Yeah, so many people experience traumatic events in their lifetime or they witness a traumatic event in their lifetime.
Some people experience through the way they were brought up or where they were brought up, context in which they live, quite a lot of traumatic events, compounding traumatic events.
So it's not the traumatic event itself that necessarily leads to post-traumatic stress disorder.
And it's common, too, with people experiencing traumatic events.
