We had about six weeks in pre-season to match and beat those times.

That was one of the things that Blighty was really strong on.

You've got to be fitter and better the year after.

Then we won it the second time.

Then we had about a month to try and get and beat those times again.

And we did it.

We did the times and we trained as hard as we possibly could, but we broke down the list.

And unfortunately, yeah, it all fell apart.

But...

That was the cumulative effect.

And we've seen a little bit with Brisbane where they've had the battle injuries and a few of them have popped up because they've played so much footy post-season, you know, playing finals, but they've been able to cover it with their extreme depth.

Well, the other thing with Lowman is he's a hard man to match up on first.

But then you've got, when you're defending against him, you've got to put someone on Morris.

You've probably got another tall down there you've got to have a tall defender on.

You've got to worry about Charlie Cameron.

So he often gets you a sort of lockdown player.

And then often, and I think it might have been last night, I'm not sure who was on him, but at different stages, Amon might have been on him.

Most teams have an attacking defender that's not a super defensive type player.

So if he's landed on that player a couple of times, that gives him that little bit of license to be able to be a bit freer than some of the other sort of smaller players.
