It's saying that we tell the vendors and like, you know, we make a big thing about it because, you know, vendors are not happy with agents' communication.
So we tell them that we're going to be, you know, speaking to everybody every time there's a viewing and then we'll feed it back to them.
And I was like, you've just made those rules up.
You told the vendor that and so now they expect you to do it.

What the vendor's actually saying to you is don't mug me off.
They don't care about having viewing feedback within 24 hours and, you know, knowing stuff they already knew.
They're saying, give me a decent customer experience and don't mug me off.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And they were like, oh, yeah, okay.
But the agent...
almost doesn't want to release it because they sort of go, well, if we don't do that, what do we do?
And it's like, okay, well, we can have that conversation.
There's a lot more valuable things you can do.
