Like you said, actually being able to identify what the problem is
I found personally empowered me to be able to have nice, calm conversations with people.
Instead of like, I've let it get to the point where I've lost the plot now and I'm shouting at somebody unnecessarily.

What's that?
And then the structure is have these daily meetings about what's going on with our viewings, our valuations, our sales progressions.
Everybody sets their tasks.
Off you go and do it.
And they take that structure and they start their own business.
And they carry on like that.
But what they didn't realize is that the level above their pay grade, the corporate had a vision and the mountaintop, and they'd worked it all the way back down to you guys just do this part.
Hopefully, right?
But then what they did was they went off and set up a business where the only vision they had was the daily whiteboard.
Yes.
And yes, okay, you could argue like, yeah, but if we hit all our daily targets, then we're all going to be happy.
Yeah.
It'll be the same, it'll be Groundhog Day, forever, won't it?
