It's quite a big commitment, you know, because you sit there, you think to yourself, like, well, we can't all just leave the office and like, you know, buy a ticket for everybody, you know, it's going to cost me like, you know, I don't know, 500 quid, a grand, it depends how many people you're taking.

It's a lot, but the productivity that comes out of it, I would say will completely eclipse that.

I think it is probably, you know, I'm making up the stats off the top of my head from all the times that we've held the event, but I would say it's probably, you know, a 75% to 25% increase
