It's just going back to the integrated thing.
Over the years, I've spent a lot of time working with companies that try to find integrators and thinking about it myself, what makes an integrator.
And I've boiled it down to one specific thing.
To find a good integrator, you need somebody that did or was the type of person that would have laminated their school timetable.
Because that person is your integrator, provided that they've got your core values and they're on board with the vision.
If you've got that person in your company, that's your integrator.
yeah if they do it methodically and they're proud of it and they do week after week you know if it's the one that just like oh I've got this new machine and look we can do it and you've all got it and then they get bored no no they did it they knew that it was going to get torn and this was the most sensible thing to do laminate this time table and stick it inside the locker and it will never get lost perfect you're an integrator perfect
Absolutely.
Those integrators, they're the key to the whole thing.
Like you said, Doc, the visionaries, the salespeople, they make all the noise.
Okay.
But, like, it is all just noise.
You know, as a visionary myself, if I came back with Traction and said, this is a great book, this has got everything we need in it, you guys should implement that, and then I'd just leave the room.
