I've worked with for years and years and when we first met, he was in serious financial trouble.
They were charging a flat fee of something like seven hundred, eight hundred quid, something like that.
And gradually over the years his fees have gone up.
He's now like clearly far and away the most expensive agent in his area.
And he was saying something similar to me that like they've they've started to notice all the other agents' fees have come up.
And just as you've said, he was like, I kind of feel like I've done that.
