No, he's a very nice guy, very easy to listen to, very articulate, and he's been through those stages that you're thinking about.

He's been just the two directors in the business if they either sink or swim.

They've expanded it out to having a couple of offices and some staff and then they've gone the next stage and gone and brought in someone to run lettings and then they've gone the next stage and they've got up to, you know, 30, 40, I don't know, 50 staff and multiple offices and,

And then they joined the accelerator program and, you know, like try and make some sense out of the chaos that's going on and sort of refine things and go again and see where the next levels are.
