Clemency is where the governor can basically wave his magic pen, sign a document, and release them.
He had, when we filed, when George Gascon filed the motion for resentencing, we filed the clemency petition.
So now we had already before yesterday's resentencing a June 13th date for the clemency proceeding also in front of the parole board.
And I know it's very confusing, but we've got a habeas track, a resentencing track, which we just finished.
We've actually got three and we finished one, which was the resentencing.
We still have two left.
Okay.
So do you think they'll be set free?
Yes, I do.
I think 2025 is their year.
I think this was our biggest hurdle because prior to this,
They had the ultimate roadblock, which was what's called special circumstances, which is what gave them life without parole, which meant other than the governor waving the magic pen, you had nowhere to go.
So now that we have the habeas pending, now that we've got a judge yesterday who did a brave thing in the face of a DA who was over the top trying to stop us, has resentenced them, they are eligible.
And I think suitable to be paroled.

Well, I think we, and one of the reasons I kind of regret that it wasn't televised yesterday, we have had the unique situation, the judge and I both commented yesterday, it's a unicorn.
And the unicorn situation is we have every living relative of both sides of the family, Jose's
and kiddies all uniformly saying 35 years is enough so to those who say no what about kitty um and who understand that there was sexual abuse i say whose interest are you trying to vindicate because the victims here who have a constitutional right to be heard all of the victims who happen to also obviously in this unicorn like situation be related all of them say enough we want them home that's who we had addressed the judge
