This is an area where you just don't want anybody and everybody coming in and volunteering.
That's why the qualifications and the training is so rigorous.
I like your idea of having social work students, nursing students in particular so that they can get the understanding and they can have some bedside manner training and things of that nature because that is a very unique population and you have to handle them very specifically.
to I had a friend who recently applied because she is a social work major and she applied and it was just just the pomp and circumstance until you got to the training.
So that's something that we can work on and advertising.
So yes it's enough for the Board of County Commissioners to prompt people to apply for this.
