I'll start with you this time, Commissioner Townsend.

Thank you so much for the vision and for all of the partners who agreed to work on this because that was one of my questions.

One of my questions was that specific building when I did the ride-along with our county manager.

I've got several questions, but I love the fact that

you already put in, like you already answered one of my questions, major questions was the numbers.

So representing Commissioner Griffin in his absence, I wanted to know about the numbers and you've already answered that.

And then my next question is going to be, how will that be incorporated, Zach, in the scorecard that we have?

The other question is, I understand that urban league is the, um, you called the lead operator.

Yes.

But who is, one of my questions is who is in charge of ensuring who do, who answer, who do we question if after a year we haven't met some of the goals that you set out for in that project?

Do we, you know, is that collectively,

Is that the county's responsibility?

And my next question is that was a big beautiful

rendition of how you would like the building to look on LaSalle.

I live in District 2 in that area, so I know it doesn't look that way now.

How are we going to get there, and is it the responsibility of the county?

We've been told before, we have these projects and programs, and we've been told that others will fundraise for us.

and then we get to one, two, three, four years down the road and then we're expected to kick in money because we didn't quite meet the goal or they didn't meet it at all or didn't even try.

So how is it anticipated that we will get there?

Um, with the county and something else, I have one more question.
