I really appreciate the fact that most people know and sometimes they take it the wrong way, but I'm not a big fan of programs.
I don't think programs have really produced outcomes that
we have expected.
I understand they have their use and certainly great people are operating them.
But what I like about this, what Mark Jarrell likes about this and what I think my colleagues like about this is that this is about empowering the community and providing a level of economic stability
Hey not a handout but a handout.
And so when you take somebody from thirty four forty thousand dollars a year to sixty seven or seventy four thousand dollars a year that is a game changer.
You talk about one income as that's a that's a game changer.
