have this relationship with you, I mean, to the point of saying, hey, let me tell you what's happening here.

I'm struggling and here's what I need.

And then how do we get through that stuff?

And it's just someone being human, right?

So you're right on.

It does happen.

And it's such a tough job.

It's tough to hire for.
